Processing Time

Orders placed on business days before 5 PM will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Time

Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. It usually takes 1-3 business days to deliver. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order can be cancelled only before shipping, once it has been shipped, unfortunately, it can’t be cancelled. You can cancel an order by contacting us through email to cs@thebunnyproofshop.com or WhatsApp us on 00971 56 151 4123. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.  

Return Policy

• Return or exchange:

  Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return charges for shipping must be paid by you.

• Refund:

  If you receive a damaged item, capture the photos of the product and email them to our customer service representative on cs@thebunnyproofshop.com or WhatsApp on 00971 56 151 4123 within 24 hours. You will get the full refund or new product. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
